Curly Kinky Enhanced

Beauty is more to me than well placed curls or an awesome blowout, it is the feeling of empowerment and confidence that only comes when we look our very best. As a professional stylist it is my job to ensure you have that feeling each time you leave my presence.  My niche is specializing in naturally curly-kinky hair and all its manifestations including twists, blowouts, curls, or extensions. Although 95% of my clientele are natural hair enthusiasts, I also continue to service born kinky-curly girls who choose to wear relaxers or their less harsh hybrids keratin treatments.  As a stylist I believe in continuous education, therefore in addition to my initial education obtaining my B.A. in Sociology and B.S. in Business Management from NC State and my cosmetology training at VGCC; I have also trained with Patric Bradley, Peter Coopla Keratin, Maria Texturia Keratin, Hot Headz extensions, and natural hair gurus Taliah Wajhid, and Maria Thompson.

My latest enhancement has been serving as a Brand Manager and Educator for Pravana Professional Hair Products that specialize in creative color, sulfate free shampoo’s and conditioners, and the award winning Perfectin Smoothing System.
 My initial entry into the beauty industry was as a makeup artist working for well established brands including Clinique, Bare Essentials, Ulta, and as Senior Makeup Artist for Smashbox Cosmetics. I continue to offer makeup services including consultations, eyelash extensions, airbrush makeup and my own hand crafted mineral based lip glosses and highly pigmented cosmetic line called Faazah Cosmetics.
I offer selective services in an intimate, one on one environment and during our first phone conversations will help determine your best options for feeling beautiful, confident, and empowered.
